	Employment    Home > Employment Joy Home is looking for CMA�s to work as universal workers in a full-time, part-time or PRN capacity. Universal workers will cook, clean, do laundry and take care of the residents. This is done with a low worker to resident ratio. Residents that are able and willing may also participate in the daily functioning of the home such as folding clothes, help in the kitchen, etc. We offer one week paid vacation after one year of full-time employment.
